  5. Eddie, your laugh, honesty, support, wisdom and many songs always brightened my day as we looked after the Stirling's together. I am honoured to have known you. Rest in peace mate.

  6. In 2020, we spent several weeks with you at Two Peoples Bay. We loved you instantly. You taught us how to tie our fishing lines properly and we spent many wonderful hours fishing with you on the beach. You took us on a private tour of the artefacts and we spent time with you in your accommodation listening to Slim Dusty and sampling JD😉. Our video calls were made even more special when you sang
Eddie, you were an absolute legend.
Rest in Peace, dear friend. We know you’ll be in your wife’s arms now ❤️.
It’s an honour to have known you.

  9. We were fortunate to meet you on our first camp host at Two Peoples Bay and you shared your wealth of knowledge, humour and companionship. We will miss the sound of your ute coming down the track at morning and afternoon "tea times". Our fishing encounters at little Beach, your little bristle bird will surely miss your calls.

    Rest in peace dear friend.

  10. Eddie
    Sad to hear the news.
We played footy together at Lochiel/Nantawarra area for Hummocks United, boy we had some fun.

  11. You weren't at Hummocks United long but you made an everlasting impression both on and off the ground. I appreciated your straight-talking, advice, sense of humour and 'droppies'!
So glad we got to reminisce recently. RIP.
