On behalf of our ASHS 67-71 group I would like to pass their sympathy and fond memories of Mr Byrne to his family and friends. Many of our members attended Mt Lockyer School before moving to ASHS and they have been posting their thoughts on our private Facebook site. Although I didn’t have him as a teacher in my 7 years there, I do remember him. Barbara Thomas
Sending our sincere sympathy to Robyn & all your family. A vey well respected & loved past teacher to many at Lockyer School. Another chain in the “Old Lockyer” staff & past pupils lost. RIP “Mr Byrne” (he will always have our respect by being called Mr Byrne). From Graeme& Linda (née Wellman) Pomery
On behalf of the Daniels Family our sincere condolences to Robyn and the Byrne family. Laurie was at the school the whole time my family was there, from me to my grandkids. Always a gentle man and greatly respected. Always said hello, and knew who you were, even well after I left the school.
