We were so sad to hear of Judith's death. She was a wonderful woman and we found her always to be a happy person to be with. Our daughters Briony and Sara have happy memories of visiting Judy at the farm.
She leaves a big hole in the family and we extend all our sympathies to everyone.
Love from us all
My much loved big sister for 84 years. Never far away, and from the beginning loving, teaching, disciplining, encouraging and always caring about the irresponsible second sister. She was so interested in everything and had strong opinions so I shall really miss our long stimulating talks...but already most of all I miss Judy.
Bless all her wonderful family whom she loved dearly and who cared for her so well in her final weeks.
Love and blessings, Jill
Deepest sympathy to Chris, Kathy, Lindy, Noni and Families for the loss of your mother and grandmother. Condolences also to Jill, Robert, Betty, Sue, Steve on the loss of their oldest sister.
A very wise multi skilled individual who could always provide stimulating conversation
Rest in peace Auntie Judy.
Deepest condolences to Chris,Cathy,Lindy and Noni on the loss of your mother. I will forever cherish the memories have, the laughs, the conversations and the love she always had. She was a huge part of my life and massive hole remains I am forever grateful to have had her in my life.Rest peacefully Aunty Judy.
A beautiful lady who had time for everyone. I will never forget having baths in the laundry sink, and the inviting smell of the fire place. Such fond memories, you will be greatly missed. Love you aunty Judy, Greg and Family xx
Very saddened to learn of the passing of cousin Judy but forever grateful that I was able to reconnect for the last 10 years after a 60 year interval. Will miss her wit warmth & conversation Condolences to family.
I took my 2 kids up to a station stay where we stayed in the old shearers quarters, I showed them through the sheds and explained what everything was and what all the different tools were used for and how they Shore the sheep. Didn't seem unusual to them that I was a "know it all" but the truth is people like Aunt Judy leave a lasting impression through these small pieces of knowledge. A selfless Woman who will always seamlessly be family to me.
R.I.P and love from the Leary boys, I'll always spare her a thought when I reach for a Green Apple X.
Dear Chris, Cathy, Noni, Lindy and families,
Thinking of you today as you publicly farewell your mum and grandmother.
Happy memories of Christmas at Kendenup, and admiration for a long suffering wife who permitted construction of a plane in the home. A strong woman with a big heart, inquisitive intellect, much to share and many talents. May your memories comfort you.
Sorry I can not be present today as I am in NYC visiting our adult children.
Dear Aunty Judy, the many conversations we shared on the back patio, you in you're chair, myself looking out onto the property, phascogales running around, Stirling ranges in the distance, the smell of the fruiting trees and an abundance of wisdom and knowledge in aunt Judy to be shared and explored! What an absolutely wonderful lady who with uncle Don and their together warm welcomes to Eagle Farm I gained so much invaluable knowledge and treasured memories, the vast amount of experiences forever remembered that I had the delight of sharing with my now family, when we visited aunty Judy and pascal in recent times. Such was the experience as always that my family felt and experienced the Kendenup Eagle Farm memories that will forever remain. Already missing a beautiful person, sadly unable to be there to chat with all the many people and share the wonderful experiences and impact aunty Judy had on us all!
Much love, The Marsdens. Adam, Candice,Zack and Jake.
