Dear Paul, Barbara, Amanda and families. Darriel was a wonderful friend from the time we went to Teacher's College, Married, had our families and spent many hours with you all growing up.
We lost touch once we left Kendenup but never forgot.

Although not having been in Darriel's presence on many occasions I recall her as being a great daughter to Tom and Millie and not forgetting her brother at this time, Trevor, who was my closest friend and is absent but not forgotten.

I have many fond memories growing up in Kendenup and celebrating Christmas, New Years and holidaying on Rottnest Island with Uncle Geoff and Auntie Darriel and all our cousins.
Auntie Darriel was definitely a warm hearted wonderful and caring person.
My family loved hanging with Uncle Geoff and Auntie Darriel.
I’m so sorry to see this announcement. I only really got to know Darriel while visiting my dad in Banksia. We always enjoyed a chat and shared books and poetry. Sorry for the loss of a beautiful lady.
