Dear Dad, I wish you were still here but I'm thankful you are no longer in pain. You packed a fair bit into your 80yrs and I'm glad you told me you'd had a great life. I'm grateful to have spent time with you recently reminiscing about the fun times we had. We will miss you.

On behalf of the Penter family I offer my deepest condolences to Ron's family and friends. I'm sorry that I am unable to attend in person but will join the live feed. I was privileged to play in the Royals League Team with Ron for a couple of seasons. He was magnificent player one of the best I ever played with and a great mentor and supporter for me and other young guys. It was wonderful to catch up with and chat with Ron just a month or so ago at Terry Marshalls funeral. He was in fine form. Ron was a true Royals legend. RIP Ron.
