In a few words, what can I say to express my thoughts and feelings? But words are all I have.
During those few years (2000-6), when I had the privilege of living and ministering in Albany, the home of Ivana and John O'Dea was a place of wonderful "hospitality" - and with all that the word implies. Memories of such remain treasured and will always have a special place and effect in my life-journey.

Our Heart felt sympathy goes out to Paul, Ann, Michael and Timothy, and to their immediate and extended family on the passing of Mrs O'dea. She was not only our beautiful neighbour, but an amazing lady who was always up for a chat, a laugh and many an extended discussion could be had while we mowed our lawns and trimmed the tree that always dropped its leaves onto her driveway.
Not only was she welcoming to myself and John but to Shelby and Porsha also and they made sure to visit her every time they came to Albany.
Mrs O'dea loved animals, and how she had treats for our dog, and loved to talk to him over the fence most days, not only that, Johns old cat more often than not could be found at your mum's house sleeping in the garage, and I think also inside as well.
We will miss you so much Mrs Odea, but we know that you are now pain free and with your beloved John once again.
We send our deepest sympathy to Paul, Michael, Tim, Anne and families. We will fondly remember Aunty Ivanna and know that she is resting peacefully with Uncle John.
